"Great little place 1 street away from the University, Convention Center and Downtown. Super convenient for me as a convention-goer. The area immediately around it is not the best, but everything else about the actual hotel itself is great. No pool/gym/breakfast services but I would expect that given the price/location/etc."

"This is not a hotel that you stay at with a family, it was filled with construction workers. When we arived we immediately noticed that the parking lot was a hang out spot. We got to our room and noticed that there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed....it smelled musty, the bathtub had water stains in it and the surfaces were questionable. We advised the hotel staff, only one worker in the whole hotel at this point. She was very nice and did her best to remediate the stuation and we...

"First time in the room, I saw hair on my bed. The bed was made properly but the hair was too much for me to handle, and that's coming from a guy who's almost bald. The next day, a spider woke me up, crawling near the lamp. The staff are decent, but try not to speak other languages to each other if you can, so guests don't wonder what you're saying about them. The garbage around the building is full and needs to be sorted out right away to avoid unwanted visitors. The air conditioning is great."

"Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again..."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were a nice touch, and, of course, the coffee maker. Parking was easy and available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This motel is very convenient to the SAP Center and there are numerous cafes and fast food options close by, as well as a Whole Foods store down the street aways."
