"I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia."

"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Our stay at the Dusit Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with gorgeous modern design, beautiful décor, and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchen made it even more comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wonderful selection of delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. We...

"全般的にとても良い。トイレがウォシュレットなら尚よかった。"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"Excellent, well priced property, located in a good area, friendly and helpful staff, convenient amenities"

"スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。ホテルの近くで飲食出来る所も紹介してもらいました。"

"The staff was amazing especially Long. Thoughtful, kind, attentive-Terrific Highly recommend with perfect location"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of Hanoi! Wonderful hotel in the perfect location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The hotel was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The food and breakfast were delicious! The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter and famous Train Street. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

"Excellent hotel! Room is very clean and comfortable. Foods are good and abundant. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful."

"I recently stayed at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake and was quite disappointed overall. While the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, the hotel itself did not meet my expectations of a 5-star property. The rooms are noticeably dated and showing signs of wear and tear. The furnishings, bathrooms, and overall condition of the rooms feel old and in need of refurbishment. The photos online make the property look much newer and more luxurious than it actually is. The...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful; the location was great, close to everything; the room was a little small, though, and water supply was not available late at night, sometimes."

"A beautiful brand new hotel on the border of the French and Old quarters. The staff were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the location was great (very walkable) and the breakfast set us up well for the day!"

"Too many fruit flies everywhere unable to enjoy the breakfast. Close to a big hospital, crowded and noisy"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Cindy and the team were welcoming, friendly and attentive. They accommodated all our needs and made us feel right at home. Cindy and most of the staff speak English very well, which made communication easy. The breakfast was great too. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
