"We stayed at Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel three times during our one month in Vietnam. Each time exceeded expectations! The room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is high quality. The staff made us feel as a part of the family, each time we saw them we were greeted personally. They went out of their way to meet any need we had, from selecting local places to eat, to tours, and setting up transportation options. We strongly recommend !"

"Beautiful hotel on the edge of Old Quarter so easy to reach. Rooms are a little small but offer a great city view. All staff throughout were very friendly and courteous. The spa was awesome. The rooftop bar is great and dinner in the restaurant was very nice. I sent compliments to the chef over the preparation of my salmon fillet. This is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Hanoi. "

"The place is in a great location right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Abee took fantastic care of us, booked the tour and follow up with us to make sure that everything was perfect. She is awesome, and provided amazing customer service.
