"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing.
The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the...

"The hotel was in a nice, quiet location and the staff were very nice. The room was fairly small but expected that for a London hotel. The only complaint I had was the wizard afternoon tea we bought through the hotel. Our desserts were completely frozen when served to us. I would not recommend the experience"

"Disappointing experience. Chaotic and confusing check-in. Inefficient receptionist who opened the conversation insisting that the only rooms available were at the back of the hotel. Then proceeded to let me know that I had to choose the floor and room number, with no context or additional information. The room was small, musty and hot. We spent as little time there as possible. Also, construction noise from 7:30 am. Breakfast was mediocre. We would have had much better options elsewhere. The...
