  • PETS WELCOME! Tastefully Renovated motel. We are located directly across the street from Hampton Beach and have off street parking. Our Units can accommodate families from 2 to 6 people. Each unit is private with a private bath. We are located at the north end of Hampton beach, a 30/40 yard walk to the stairs down to the beach. Walking distance to the local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. King bed, and twin size pull out sofa bed.

Perfect stay for a couple! It’s a little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but totally doable. It was great that it allowed our pet. Clean and had everything that you need.

This property is so convenient to everything in Hampton beach. We could easily walk to restaurants and the local grocery. The beach was right across the street so it was perfect for walking the dogs.The room itself is great for a couple. Just plan to eat out since the kitchenette is more for drinks and snacking.

Perfect location and as advertised.

Close to everything on the boardwalk, very clean, patio & porch were great, perfect view of the fireworks over the ocean, and excellent view of the sunset in the parking lot.

Hampton vacation was perfect

Our room was perfect location to access all that Hampton Beach had to offer. Having private parking was a big plus .

Went to a concert at the casino ballroom. It was a great place to stay for the weekend. Really enjoyed our time.

Hampton Beach

We extended our vacation with a trip to the coast . This property was a perfect find. We will definitely stay again our next trip to the coast.

Great Spot!

The room was clean, check in was easy, host responded promptly to any questions, unloading the car was easy, convenient parking, & the walk down the boulevard wasn’t bad at all.

We had a wonderful time at this great property. Ideal location on Hampton Beach, NH. Suite was cozy and comfortable, just as advertised. Pet friendly an absolute plus for us!

Weekend getaway

Very easy to check in and out, very clean, we were in Room 1 which faces the water. Close to everything! Would rent again!

Place was clean, nice and simple and had everything we needed for the weekend. The only thing wrong was the sliding screen door was ripped and challenging to open and close and felt like it was about to fall out. Not a big deal though. John was GREAT about responding to questions and very hospitable.

Clean and nicely located to the beach and restaurants

This property was clean, located across the street from the beach, and within walking distance of the boardwalk. Check-in was very easy. The only small complaint is that there could have been more towels.

Perfect Family Retreat

This location for us couldn’t have been any better. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough away to escape from nightlife noise and excitement. We brought our infant and two dogs and there was plenty of room for our little family to enjoy a comfortable stay. The fact that we only had to carry our baby and pull our wagon a short distance to the beach was a huge bonus. Also, being that it is the far end of the beach, we found it to be a lot less crowded than other parts of the beach. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling as a small family or just a quiet stay for 2.

Very,very clean!!

This was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip,very clean and great communication w/host It would be more helpful to know that there is not much of anything for plates, bowls and silverware I know it’s not a full kitchen but most air b&b’s have a ton of kitchen items but not a huge deal we took a trip to the store and picked plates,cups and silverware. everything thing overall was a 5🌟rating!
