"This is really nice accommodations. I would say that it’s not especially conducive to tourists as it’s more of a condo situation. No maid service during the stay, one complimentary set of towels and coffee, then you’re on your own. Asked for towels and coffee. Got 4 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) thrown on a chair and 4 k-cups of decaf coffee left on a counter far away from the coffee maker. "In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. Jenn and Dan were very attentive to my needs and also had suggestions for a place to walk to refresh my travel weary body. I enjoyed the tidy, well arranged apt."

"Excellent, clean, modern, fully furnished apartment in downtown Chicago that is a short car ride or walk to anything you need or want to visit. The neighborhood and building are very safe and the covered parking is well worth the extra expense. We loved the extra space to spread out and the skyline views were beautiful at night.
