"The staff was fantastic. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We received complimentary cocktails and dinner. There was also a complimentary breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this line of hotels."

"I was disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the room—it felt extremely humid the entire time, making it uncomfortable to relax and sleep. The air felt damp, and nothing ever seemed to dry out. For the price I paid, I expected a room that was comfortable and properly climate-controlled. I hope the hotel addresses this issue so future guests have a better experience."
