"The hotel is super close to Cambridge Sports Park- which was the reason for our stay. I was really impressed with how clean it was everywhere. Everything was spotless. The room was spacious- beds comfy. I needed extra shower towels and housekeeping had them delivered minutes after I asked for them. ..."

"The property and room itself were very nice, unfortunately the receptionist for check-in was extremely unfriendly and rude. Would expect the customer service to be reflective of the hotel. Great location otherwise too bad that impacted our overall experience."
