The only complaint I could give would be the $100 additional refundable fee demanded to check in due to using the Expedia App. I am a Holiday Inn Rewards customer. I don’t think that was necessary. To cancel the room and start over with a reservation at the counter meant I would not be allowed to stay. Again, doesn’t make good common sense. Especially if using Expedia was the problem. "Parking was close, staff were friendly, property was clean, and my doggo was welcomed! Only downfalls were the dirty towels, had some questionable stains on them and I am glad I brought my own, and the A/C cut out in the early morning hours. I woke up to a moist floor at 4 am trying to turn the A/C back on, also the dog fees are pretty high for a less than 12 hour stay. Would recommend, but probably wouldn’t stay again, especially traveling with my dog."

"This place reeked of marijuana the second I walked through the front doors! It permeated the ENTIRE building! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and in the hallway. There were people partying across the hall from us and we heard their music and them being loud until pretty late. If you like to party and smoke weed, this is the place for you. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to sleep and rest, I would advise you to stay somewhere else."

"Breakfast was complimentary, and I would rate it a 7 out of 10. The property feels a bit dated with the rooms, showers, carpeting, walls, and curtains in need of updates. Additionally, there were areas in the pool area where the ceiling was leaking. However, since it was just an overnight stay, it was sufficient for my needs."

"Staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. I will stay again if my travels take me back to Lexington."

"There were bad smells throughout the hotel, pool was extremely small and the water was so dirty. The tv in our room wouldn’t work and you could literally hear everything through the walls and halls it was so loud. Luckily it was a quick one night stop for us."
