"everything was great. my only complaint was the wifi--the steps to get onto the wifi are too difficult and took too many tries to get on. i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate."

The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. "Conveniently located off of I-5 and near the PDX airport & Cascade Station (with various shopping options and fast food restaurants). We find these rooms to be perfect for our family as it provides enough privacy when traveling with our teen. Plus, it gives us enough room to spread out our luggage and items during the day. This particular location had ample accessible parking at the front, and we found the hotel to be clean and nicely maintained (possibly recently remodeled). We didn't take...

"Staff and especially Keisha were terrific. Loop Breakfast was OK. Eggs were consistently overcooked while hash browns were consistently undercooked. Minimal fresh fruit. Coffee could grow hair. A second toaster would speed things up. Otherwise, selection was good and kitchen service personnel were attentive."
