"Studio mit Balkon. Die Lage, der Pool (mit Treppe) und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön. Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in um 10:30 problemlos. Das Studio war sauber gewischt. Großer Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle funktionierten. Die gemischte Grillplatte für 2 war lecker und nicht überteuert, hat aber 100 Minuten auf sich warten lassen. An der Rezeption begrüßt ein Schild: "Wer in der Öffentlichkeit raucht, muss 50000 KSh bezahlen oder 6 Monate ins Gefängnis gehen oder beides" -...

"Ikke 3,5 stjerne, det er misvisende. I min bok er 2 stjerner maks. Det er veldig basic fasiliteter. Ikke aircondition på mitt rom, derimot to vifter hvorav takviften lagde mye støy. Hyggelige ansatte som gjør sitt beste for å gjøre oppholdet bra. Helt grei frokost, med et lite utvalg. Omelett og samosa til frokost trekker opp. Mulig prisene var satt opp pga julen, men syns det var i overkant dyrt med tanke på standard. "

After 2 hours of the host asking us to wait in the dark, I decided to leave and check into another hotel. The whole time I was in the dark, the host kept reassuring me, the power would come back on. "Booked and paid through expedia, made 9 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment was double booked...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area.."
