"The staff were amazing at this hotel however before staying here I stayed at the regent and to be honest the regent felt more luxurious because of things like they had bath menu,pillow menu and free minibar which had wine etc and face masks . But to reiterate the staff were amazing and appreciated their touches for my engagement. But the hotel just felt lacking coming from the regent"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal. They gave us great suggestions, helped when we had an emergency, and made sure we were taken care of. Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Superb hotel! We’re really glad we found this place for our 4-night stay in Beijing. The garden is absolutely charming and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and a few coffee shops in the area. One tip: if you’re taking a taxi, wait for the driver at the hutong entrance instead of asking them to drive inside. We made that mistake, and the driver had to navigate the narrow hutong, but luckily they managed to get through without any scratches!"

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance (less than 1/2 a mile) from a metro entrance and centrally located on a market street. "Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with...

"The hotel was amazing! We stayed for an extended time and the staff treated us well. The spa, pool, and gym were great. The morning breakfast buffet was out of this world. There were so many options and things changed. The executive lounge was well worth it and had a great view. I would definitely go back. Outstanding facility and staff."
