"This is a charming hotel with great ammenities including free afternoon tea with snacks and free breakfast. All were delicious. My room was very comfortable and it is very quiet depite being in a great location!"

"Upscale and comfortable hotel - very central our room had a balcony and a view of forbidden city. We eat twice in the bar with cocktails and very nice indeed if you are after something a bit more western at end of the day. (Hotel does have other restaurants too)."

"We had an excellent day at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a free laundry service, which was very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean, and we loved the walk-in shower. They provided us with a hospitality tray upon arrival, and they had delicious tea in the lobby every day."

"The hotel is between two subway stations both about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The in suite washer and dryer is an added bonus. Definitely worth recommending."

"Superb hotel! We’re really glad we found this place for our 4-night stay in Beijing. The garden is absolutely charming and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and a few coffee shops in the area. One tip: if you’re taking a taxi, wait for the driver at the hutong entrance instead of asking them to drive inside. We made that mistake, and the driver had to navigate the narrow hutong, but luckily they managed to get through without any scratches!"

"Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again."

Elena and the whole team is great! The location is perfect! ~25 min walk to the Forbidden City and a 1 min walk to Wangfujing Street. My only critique is there are limited vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant. You’ll need to take a taxi to go to a large supermarket. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with...
