"The property is huge and was clearly refurbished recently. The location was very convenient to museums, restaurants, waterfront, etc. The parking deck across the way was adequate and did not break the bank (I think we paid about $40 for the parking for our two-night stay). Getting into the building and up to the room was a little convoluted, but the directions the host provided in advance of checkin were clear. However, no guest manual was provided explaining things like how to sort the trash...

Kitchen great- appliances.
Close to grocery store.
Mold in corner of tub and superficial breaks in the lining of the tub.
Very dim living room area— only 2 of 7 working bulbs in very high ceiling."

"It's a quaint little unit and clean. Bathroom is actually just outside the unit and down the hall but it was a lrovate one just for us. The location is excelent but it was very loud. The street action just below our window went on until 3am both nights. Bring good ear plugs or you won't be sleeping much."

"Conveniently located in the South End of downtown Halifax, this VRBO is in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, Queen’s Marque, and the Public Gardens. I enjoyed the area and felt very safe walking everywhere.
The Blue George room looked generally like the listing, but the decor felt less refined in person than in the photos. There was no AC in this unit, but the fan worked well to cool the room.
