"This place has fallen off so badly. Nothing like it was when it was a Sonder property. But you’ll get to see the ghosts of when someone actually cared about the property and rooms. Sink didn’t drain, hot water not hot, loud, dirty, floors were never vacuumed in the halls and there were crumbs and garbage on the floor for three days in a row with no one doing a thing about it. Got multiple room assignments and then when I checked out got another confirmation email that my room was booked. A...

"フェイスタオルがあればよかった。部屋までの道のりが複雑だった。早くから荷物を預かってくれて、17:00を過ぎてのチェックインの場合は預けた荷物を部屋にまで運んでくれて助かりました。ロケーションは良く、早朝のアムトラック乗車のためのペンステーションへの移動も徒歩で行けました。"

"Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again."
