"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. Upon arriving in the room we saw that the previous guest left some Tums on the nightstand which housekeeping failed to notice. We small have children so I'm glad that I noticed it before they did or they could have eaten them mistaking them for candy. The sheets had noticeable stains on...

"The shower was extremely small, and I could barely fit in it. The building was old, and the walls were so thin that every time an outside door slammed, it sounded like a bomb going off in my room. I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise. There was also a utility closet right outside my room, and that door kept slamming all day long. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and far too noisy to get a decent night's sleep."

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. I stayed for a night, so it wasn't an issue, but if you stay for longer, know that there is almost no daylight in that room. I am surprised that such a room even exists in the...

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."
