"The view we had of the falls was unbelievable and so gorgeous. At night we loved watching the 10:00 fireworks near the American Falls. Yes, the room was expensive but the memories we made were so worth it. The employees who work there are all so friendly as well as helpful! "

"STAFF was outstanding, Laura the intern could not have been more helpful, Jennifer, Joan and Joseph were wonderful. Having the Inn's fully loaded Lincoln Navigator for 6 of us to get to town and the bikes were handy too. Coffee downstairs every morning until restaurant opended very handy. Only thought was a small refrigerator would be nice."

"I luv the hotel, everything is right there and the room was nice and clean. The problem was it seems like after you check in you really get no help. I called front desk about the internet not working, it took twice of me calling before anyone answer (which is not a problem it gets busy) but when he picked up the phone kinda off than rushed me with his answer and hung up in my face. Now usually i would've went down and confronted him but i let it go and we went without internet for the boys...

"Nice property in beautiful area. Free underground parking. Convenient to shops and cafes. NOTL restaurant patio was great for Sunday brunch. We were a family of 3 women in a double room. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom, but with only 2 hooks for towels and 1 tiny towel rack. No drawers for clothes, and only a closet with 2 shelves and room to hang about 10 items. Lighting was dark throughout the room. Couldn’t read in bed. "

"We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience."

"Had to book something quick for a one night stay on our drive home. The price appealed to me first. I was concerned about the location next to the freeway and surrounding area but we were very pleased with our spotless room and since we were on the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. We drove over to Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill for dinner, which was very good, and had breakfast at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House before we started our drive. Delicious breakfast! Both were easy to get to and...
