"Excellent Stay. Was as pictured. Very clean and organized. Hosts were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful, polite, and responsive. The house and property is great for pets too. Also, a very quiet and safe area.The property was beautiful. It stormed the first day and the water was not accessible. It was amazing how different a storm on the Potomac makes the environment. "What a gem at Colonial Beach! Having never been, we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. Cozy, comfortable and convenient to everything. Waking to the sunrise was a treat. Very clean. Beds are comfy. Big nice bathroom. History of the building is so interesting. The owners are very very nice to work with. Would love to come back!"
