"Only stayed for one night but will certainly be back, the hotel is an old coaching inn from the 1800’s and if you are looking for a bland, anonymous place it’s not for you, quiet, friendly, warm and comfortable with character and quirks, my room had a 10” thick mattress ( i’m sad, i measured it ) with very good quality bedding that gave me a superb night’s sleep and even a settee to lounge on while i watched the good sized tv, views out of my windows were of Lickey forest. The kitchen was not...

"The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though. "
