The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!

This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!

The people make the difference

Maria was brilliant. Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience.

One night stay

A very relaxing stay in the Mayfair suite. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it's the first hotel we have stayed in where shakshuka was on the breakfast menu - absolutely delicious and the coffee was excellent quality too. We stayed on Sunday night so just ate pizza at the local Wetherspoons which was very good!

Lovely

The hotel has a lovely vibe and the staff are super friendly. The room was beautiful and had lots of lovely touches. Only thing that could have been better is the reception music could have been quieter as I could clearly hear it in my room at 06:30 am
