"Great place to stay!"

"Very nice accommodations and great hot breakfast. Housekeeping in breakfast clean up was a bit rude when it was time for her to clean. We had a table by ourselves playing cards and she said we had to move so she could mop but then she just drug the mop over the floor and didn’t even mop where we were. Overall very nice stay"

"Good location, easy check in and out. Buffet breakfast was very good. Woman working the buffet was great, very helpful and pleasant."

"We would definitely come back."

"Beautiful historic building made into an event ctr, restaurant & bed/breakfast. Don't expect the same as a motel. Rooms are authentic to the building. Keys for rooms, no microwave or coffee makers in rooms and separate air conditioners for each room. There is a small refrigerator in the room & coffee is freely available near the check-in area. The bathrooms are roomy & upgraded and the room has numerous USB ports for charging your phone & laptop. (Softer beds would make it perfect)The breakfast...

"Convenient location off the highway. Property appeared to be newly renovated; the bed was comfortable and clean. Room 116 was noisy; carpet on the floor in the room and in the halls would really help absorb the noise."

The exhaust fan waa full of dust, so not sure it was working. I took an epsom bath to relax muscles. I loved that it had a head rest type space. Also loved the grab bars in shower for safety."

"Future customers, please note that there are NO rollaway beds for 2 Queens Beds room due to fire department restrictions. The description is wrong."

"Perfect location."

There was a potted tree in the room that took up space I would prefer to be able to use for luggage storage or storage of beach equipment and articles. The environmentally friendly amenities were appreciated. The first floor rooms have a patio overlooking the restaurant which had live entertainment on some days. The entertainment was not too loud and was over by...

"Nice place. Room had been refurbished with a divider between the beds and a nice kitchenette. Most importantly, there were NO chemical odors in the room or hallways."

"Great convenient location. Close to all outlets and the best of Kittery! Accommodating staff and great price!!!"

"Neat, clean, and attractive."

"Loved the continental breakfast. Coffee was exceptionally good."
