"Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Breakfast was amazing - good quality bread, loved the fact there were ginger shots, fresh fruit, plenty of hot and cold food to choose from. Room was very comfortable, with quality bedding - many pillows!, thick towels, coffee machine, magnifying mirror and a brilliant hairdryer. "This hotel is in a great location right outside Copenhagen Central station. They offered online check-out so you don't have to queue at reception on your way out. You could order amenities (cutlery, extra towels etc) for your room on an app. If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you get a free drink per guest for each day you skip housekeeping, which we didn't redeem but we thought it was a nice touch. There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. "Location is ok if you want to be near the train station and tivoli. Brian at check-in was great. Tiny bathroom and sink so small it’s hard to use. Hasn’t been changed in 2 years so doesn’t seem like they take on the repeated feedback. Hot weather meant air con didn’t work at all and staff said to open window instead, but loud music from the bar opposite until late each evening made it very difficult, plus with the sun not setting til late you need windows/blinds closed to sleep.
