"Perle Oban… a wonderful Pearl in the heart of Oban. Had friends staying nearby and this was by far the nicer hotel. Close and convenient to everything, especially the railway station."

"Amazing country manor! Gracious rooms. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast! Very close to Oban. Quiet! The only slight I had was the over abundance of smell. Each area has reed diffusers and it is a lot of smell. As someone sensitive to that it was a bit much. I put our reed diffuser in a closet and then it was fine. Would I recommend this to friends? 1000%! You have to see it to believe it. Absolutely amazing! "

"We booked specifically for an overnight stay so we would be relatively close to attend a wonderful concert at Kilmelford Village Hall ,approx a 10 minutes drive away . We've had a very busy schedule recently and the hotel and tranquil peaceful surrounds and lovely views across the bay , was just what we needed. We were lucky the sun shone and we were able to spend a blissful hour or two after checking in ,sitting out on the patio with a nice cup of tea and cake. We weren't able to dine...

"Property was nice for what we paid, very convient location in oban and oban itself was lovely. Breakfast room and breakfast was delicious although a little pricey, but was a good feed. Room was clean and spacious. Only issue was parking had booked hotel as it stated parking available, unfortunately there was only 3/4 space then rest was public paid parking and was very limited as oban itself was very busy, if arriving later in the day this could have been a really issue. "It’s nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s only about a 20 minute drive from Oban. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good - food was delicious - recommend you make a reservation for dinner. They do have a restaurant but we much preferred the atmosphere in the pub. "
