"We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again"

"Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."

"Fantastic for the ferry and train stations. Immaculately clean. Had a wonderful sleep. Was lovely to have breakfast in guest lounge room. This would easily win Four In A Bed as best guest house. "

"We had a lovely stay at Plas Y Bryn Manor. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of character, once home to David Lloyd George, one of the UK’s former prime ministers. From the moment we arrived, our host gave us a really warm welcome and shared a bit about the history, which made it feel extra special. The breakfast staff were all so friendly and polite. "I stayed here in a family room with my partner, son and dog and we had a great time. Check-in was seamless. The owners greeted us so nicely and made such a fuss of my dog. Immediately a very warm and homely feel. We are already planning our return. 5* for everything apart from property condition/facilities as it is rather dated- HOWEVER, everywhere is spotless. "

"Had a lovely stay, hosts were friendly, welcoming and cup of tea on arrival was very much appreciated. Room was excellent, facilities clean , comfortable bed and great information on local area. Breakfast was perfect, hot and plenty to eat. Would stay again."

"We highly recommend this place. Amy and James are welcoming, friendly and very organised hosts. The room was comfortable and very clean. The common area is super cosy and it was a pleasure coming back from hiking and finding a nice sofa, the fire and refreshments. The breakfast was also really good. The location is convenient to visit the beautiful surroundings. It’s been a wonderful stay!"

"I really enjoyed staying at Victoria House. The house is excellent and well maintained, and Jam is a very attentive and friendly proprietor. I greatly appreciated the condition of the room, the amenities she provided, and the location of the property. I highly recommend anyone staying in Caernarfon or the surrounding area to stay at Victoria House."
