"22年前の卒業旅行以来、2回目の韓国旅行でした。
今回は高校生と中学生の子どもを連れての家族旅行でお世話になりました。
ホテルは客室、水回りとも全て清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせました。
明洞など中心部とは少し離れていますがホテルは麻谷ナル駅直結ですし、飲食店やコンビニにも困らないので不満はありません。

"Breakfast timing was staggered into 3 phases which can be a little restrictive for some people if you arrived slightly late so you will have lesser breakfast time.
They do not seem to have the habit of giving creamer when I asked for tea with creamer. Often, I have to request again and took pretty long to be given creamer. "The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay."

"Very unique interior. We stayed in one of their corner suites. The bath tub leaked although we didn’t use it. Other than that, the room was beautiful and staffs were very friendly and polite. San (forgive me if I got his name wrong. He has British accent) at the concierge desk was amazing. He answered my questions in details and made excellent recommendations. We will definitely stay here again. Lobby cafe has brunch available from 11am. Their breakfast buffet is good too. "

"オリンピック公園でライブがあり、前回より近くて良かったので、こちら日曜日泊まりました。
今回からチェックインとアウトが、キオスクになっていました。
日本語表記もあり、スムーズにできました。
スタッフの方は、殆ど接する事がなかったので、評価はあまりよくわからないです
駅からも近くで便利です。

I am a 53-year-old divorced dad who travelled with his now 13-year-old daughter for our annual vacation. This was our 8th major Dad-Daughter annual travel adventure together. We were so comfortable, and had so much fun, at Lotte Hotel World.
The not-so-little-anymore gal especially loved the 7-11 in the hotel lobby. When I was a kid, my grandma lived across the street from a small convenience store...
