"We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."

"The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process. "

"Rene was an excellent host! He helped us navigate the property and neighborhood and was very responsive to our questions. The apartment was a new listing and there were no kinks worth listing. It was clean, spacious, and convenient to many points of interest in Cupey. We would rent again!"

"Oh my goodness, we had such a wonderful stay at Casa Amapola! The home was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen to make breakfast in, swam in the pool at night, and had great sleep in the spacious bedrooms. Our hosts were so warm and quick to communicate with. It’s clear they put alot of love into this home. We hope to stay again next time in PR!"

"Property was as described, we were the first renters in this new construction. Angela was very descriptive about what to expect and communicated everything in advance. The house is beautiful and the outdoor entertaining area very luxary and not your average VRBO. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. "Great for the price. Beautiful side of the island. An hour plus from San Juan so that surprised us a little. I say plus because sometimes the traffic is nuts. The house was perfect and was perfect for what we needed, which was just a place to rest our heads and sleep. Hector, the contact for the property, was very knowledgeable and communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely rebook this property."

"We stayed as a family including 2 adults, 2 adult children and one child. We had plenty of room and adequate number of restrooms. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach was there. The location is far from the city, but that was what we wanted. The seaweed made the beach nearby impossible to use , but the views were amazing. The host was very responsive and the community is quiet and not very crowded. "

"Check in was easy. Unit was terrific. We had 5 people but unit could have handled twice that much. Very short walk to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. Unit had great balcony on main floor and rooftop patio... both with incredible views. WiFi was flawless.Had a couple of minor issues that were addressed and taken care of right away.Jay and Ashley are terrific. Actually got to meet Jay... outstanding young man. Really a pleasure.We have stayed in other parts of Palmas Del Mar...
