The home’s interior offers a very elegant and cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen with dining table and three Air Conditioning Systems, one per bedroom, so you’ll have all the necessary comforts of home. House Salinas also offers a WIFI SYSTEM and three SmartTV's. House Salinas is located in the south side of Puerto Rico near beautiful beaches, famous restaurants, important cities and walking distance from the Mojo Culinary Fest every month. We welcome people from all backgrounds to relax and enjoy life in our beautiful house in Salinas, Puerto Rico.

Located just 45 minutes away from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, House Salinas is located in a quiet area walking distance from "Plaza Las Delicias" were Salinas great cultural history takes place and were residents gather around everyday. A secure parking garage is available and accomodates two cars or SUV. More parking places are available everytime, in the street, in front of the house.

Once the reservation is confirmed, House Salinas is just for you and your family to enjoy.

NO POOL beach like home in NOISY neighborhood.

Our overall experience was disappointing. Pros: Communication with Host was satisfactory. Check-in process was easy. House can accommodate about 6 people comfortably. The house was clean for the most part. The bathroom was an exception. More on that later. House was adequately stocked. We felt safe in home. Cons: The house advertises "fenced private pool" in their listing twice, but there is NO POOL. That was a shame because we picked this house for that specifically. We were traveling with 2 young kids and they were looking forward to enjoying the pool in the sweltering heat of Puerto Rico. The host did address this issue as a mistake and would correct. Secondly, the house is in the center of town and surrounded by local businesses that blare music until 3 in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights. The bathroom was the only sore sight in the house. It is small, outdated and stale. It definitely needs a refresh. The back yard is a shared space with the neighbor and does not have the awnings for shade as shown in pics. Lastly, there is no garage. There is a VERY narrow driveway that does not allow you to open the doors when parked in it. There is public off street parking. It was available for most of our 5 night stay. Knowing all this now, I would not stay again. But it could be a good value to others with this info going in.

Beautiful Cozy Property with Great Owner!

House was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Alfredo (the property owner) was fast to respond to any questions and gave a very thorough introduction to the property. He was onsite while I was checking in. Very happy with my stay and plan to come back.

2025 vacation!

This facility was cozy, clean and in a great location. The owner was always reachable and quick to respond to our needs. We really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and the fact that the property had a stove with an oven which comes in handy in the event where you need to stay in and cook. It also has a washer and dryer, which I thought was a PLUS! Overall, we had a great time and most like will rent it again for a 4th time! Recommendation to make the property even better: a pool! And washer and dryer in the other 2 properties! All and all 5

Very comfy home

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property owner was very communicative with directions to the home. The plaza (downtown) is a block away which is awesome. I will be keeping his number for future reservations. I highly recommend this location.

Home in Salinas

Alfredo was very communicative and a very helpful. He provided exact location, even a video to avoid going down wrong street. The house was clean and we enjoyed our short stay. We felt part of the neighborhood. A few things for future would be to have a wine bottle opener and some smaller towels (hand and wash). Another suggestion is ceiling fans in bedrooms. We likely would not have needed the A/C. However, A/C worked well to cool room at night. Note any baseball games as there is limited parking on the street during that time. Thankfully we arrived back later and able to locate a spot not far from house. Thank you, Alfredo!

A place too far

Salinas is all the way over on the Southern part of the Island. I expected there to be more pleasant local beaches but what was there were ocean view garbage dumps. This has no reflection on our hosts , but more of statement of what Puerto Rico has become . Recent storms have truly left destruction and a hint of despair in their wake. The constant nightly noise of intolerable loud music from vehicles parading up the street does deprive you of sleep. Alfredo,.....we thank you for your great service. But please, move to a better location.

Great stay.

It was a good place, quiet place, close to many stores and even the high way. Very close to a lot of the best places to visit in Puerto Rico like, Cabo Rojo, Mayaguez, Boqueron, ect. And lets not forget , the landlord was great at communicating.
