Breakfast a little disappointing, although again, clean restaurant area and decent coffee. "Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Only downside was the streetlight right outside our room which lit the room overnight round the edges of the curtain! Also our room faced the street which meant being woken by the binmen at 4am on a Sunday morning!!"

"The room was very clean and quiet with room size larger than central London hotels. The lighting was appalling and needs to be improved. The healthy continental breakfast (extra charge) is excellent. All staff very friendly. We arrived an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready but you either pay an extra 10 pounds for access or wait. Not happy with that !. "
