"Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. "Pleasant Staff, Great Room"

"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow. "

"Lovely and clean room in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend. Just one thing to note, there is no luggage storage at the property. On the day of check out we left our bags around the reception area downstairs at our own risk and returned to collect them before reception closed (2pm on a Sunday), so they weren’t left in the corridor with no one around. This wasn’t much of an issue for us though as we had backpacks and...
