The staff refused to move me and said that I have to stay on the ground floor and not move to another room on a different floor. This did not make sense. Terrible staff and service."

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
