"Property is showing its age and needs better cleaning. The first room I was given smelled so bad I could not stay in it. The second one was fine. It was my first stay at a Premier hotel and I was expecting more."

"The whole place was beautifully clean and the public areas are truly elegant. Bedroom was a bit dated and the windows needed a good clean outside. Curtains barely covered the windows and so they let in a lot of light."

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Rosemay Boutique Hotel is a mixed experience. The property itself is attractive, and our room, while small, was clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom and shower were surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the extra restrooms in the hallway, which were helpful when traveling with family. The location is excellent for Heathrow Airport, but not ideal for exploring London. Although there is a bus stop directly across the street and public transportation...

"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"We've stayed here before and will do again. It is not fancy but it has parking and a restaurant on site, and is only 40mins or so into London on the tube. Amenities are basic and it looks like they're steadily working through improvements so some rooms are a little nicer/newer than others. Wifi is hit and miss so don't rely on it being great if you need good a good connection. Baths do come with a mat but be aware they are not good quality, so be extra careful getting in and out."

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. "Had to pick up a rental car at Heathrow, location was well suited. Plenty of food choices and close to bus routes."

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....
