"Didn't really expect much based on the price but boy was I wrong. Right off the boardwalk, plenty of parking and friendly front desk, It's definitely not a Hiatt but it has it's own pluses. The room was pretty spacious with 2 doubles, a coffee maker, stovetop, refridge with a top small freezer and microwave. It also had a table with 2 chairs to eat at and a balcony to sit out on with great afternoon sun if you get a room facing the pool, which by the way looked great!. What it lacked in luxury...

"Having a Beachview was the only nice thing. I spent my vacation there after asking for a smoke room and was told we can smoke on the balcony by a staff member then to be told I couldn't. Then they never came to clean my room, after being there for 2 days ( which I was there for a total of 5 days) they never came to bring me clean towels and wash cloths. "Sink was backed up….. drained very slowly. Gunk floating back into the sink. No assistance in getting it resolved. I even asked for a plunger and cleaning product to take care of the problem myself but to no avail. No discount or refund offered. My wife was especially not happy at all…."

"The staff was very friendly and the balcony was nice but other than that it was terrible. The room was so old, out dated, smelled bad and felt gross. The sheets very clean but other than that there was a leak coming from the ceiling, the shower & bath tub were dirty and dingy and things were falling apart. I guess it’s what you pay for but I would strongly discourage you from staying here. You will likely regret it."

"We got a beach front room for 4 days and it was great priced. With that in mind, the hotel was older, and a bit run down, but still clean and pet friendly. You wouldn't know that pets were allowed there as rooms were clean, and nice, for the price we paid. "Our stay for the most part was pretty good. We had a regular room with 2 queen beds. They are a little smaller than an average hotel room and there was lots of furniture which made it difficult to put up a pack n play for our baby. The only place to really put it was in the bathroom or in front of the door, which made the door unusable. Breakfast was decent and different items both days we stayed which was nice.
