"Floor was filthy. So i wiped it down. Room was dusted but finger marks on micro fridge and i wiped down all surfaces too. Showerhead worked but needs replace. Caulking needed around tub, water damage, but no mold or smell. Quiet from traffic noise."

"The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful oceanfront view. The suite is really spacious and the separate bedrooms were perfect. Both had more than adequate storage, lighting tvs, and outlets/chargers. The balcony was private and very large that came with two chairs and a table. Breakfast was surprisingly good. It would have been nice if the serving time was longer (7:30-9:30) and the coffee machine allowed for bigger servings. The food was replenished promptly and the breakfast staff...

"We come to the area 3 times a year for a hockey tournament and this was the first at Tru. The parking was super convenient and always had available spots and was well lit. The room was very small which could be expected. The water pressure was very low so it was difficult to take a quick shower due to that. Fair selection for breakfast but were trying too much with eggs; scrambled eggs would have been fine. The staff always looked mad to be there and annoyed when I noticed some guests asking...

"The room was clean I could tell they maintain it well because I do additional cleaning when I get to the room and can see additional dirt and grime that comes off and there was minimal. The staff were very friendly and even asked my preference on room floor and if I would like to be near the elevator or not. The one complaint I have that made me laugh because everything else was nice is when I went to use the bathroom in room 322 there was no toilet paper or even a toilet paper holder so I used...

"Breakfast was good. My biggest problem is that you find out about renovations after you have paid. There were ants mainly in the restroom and yes we informed the staff. They waited until 10 pm and asked if we wanted to change rooms or they can spray, but would have to leave room for 2 to 3 hours. Why not offer that service while we gone all day long. "
