"Great location, charming and unique rooms (Queen loft has a good view of lower-east side of Manhattan) and very helpful staff. If you book a room with a soaking tub, you can request for bubble-bath free of charge. There's a historic "Katz's Delicatessen" across the street which is quite good (running since 1880s - in the same old way with paper-ticket slips) where you must try the Pastrami sandwich; the line at lunch outside is quite long so you'll want to visit early."

"Great AC for the crazy NYC summers. Great showers and morning breakfast was good. By two metro stops, about half a dozen restaurants and a dozen food trucks. Corner store food and snacks great. 7 Train (5 min walk) made it easy to get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes."

We had lots of luggage and asked several times for help with storing it while we were arranging things and loading it into a van. Every time the staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, even though it was one of the hottest days Brooklyn has ever seen (102 F). They made the move so much easier than it could have been. "The elevator situation was a nightmare. The hotel had two working elevators and yet one of them was mostly reserved for private events! It’s as if they didn’t care about their hotel guests. We often waited 25 minutes for an elevator. And the front desk responded “well one elevator has been broken for three weeks and it will get fixed today”. That never happened. This hotel Was way too expensive for service like this."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is good. Specially the young man that works at night and the ladies that work at the cafeteria. The parking is a bit tricky because the spots are tight and being underground makes it hard to park. Also, the breakfast buffet can get packed and the food run out."
