"This house was perfect for our family with 3 young children. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The playground across the street is new and the kids loved it. The master bedroom was large enough for us to fit a pack and play. I appreciated the pretty garden and plants around the property and there was a hose outside we used to wash away the sand from the beach. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from Wallops, Pocomoke, and Chincoteague. "

"The roundhouse was amazing on many levels, figuratively and literally. There are many creature, comforts throughout this sprawling home and the views were serene and relaxing, and the couches and beds were comfy! And the host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend would definitely stay here again."

"We had an amazing family trip at key west cottages. The property’s gorgeous, just as photographed. Cottages are roomy and spacious. They feature benefits of a hotel (linens/towels/toieltries) while feeling like you’re staying in your own vacation home. We had one minor housekeeping issue the first night but the staff quickly and appropriately addressed. The kids (and adults) loved the pool. It’s saltwater and heated. Our room looked right over the bay and private beach. Would definitely return!"

"My Mom, Aunt and I have a yearly girls trip to somewhere we have never been before. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all three of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and fresh air. Very clean and comfortable. Chincoteague is a very cute little town with unique shopping places and plenty to do outside. "Very clean, spacious and perfect for a stay with my girlfriend and two dogs! Definitely recommend!"

"Had a wonderful time. Sorry to say I lost my watch there and could never find it, plus I left some Kerug coffee pot parts on the kitchen counter so had to purchase a new pot when I arrived home. Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement."

"Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2...

"The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again."
