This newly renovated home is just a half block off Lombardi Ave and only 0.9 miles from Lambeau Field, the Resch Center, and Stadium Bars—an easy walk and perfect for groups! The main level features an open concept with a large island, fully stocked kitchen featuring a coffee & tea bar. Fire up the grill, and enjoy the custom heated garage with glass doors, 70in TV, and cornhole boards. Perfect for game day or any event, this modern retreat is your home base!

Second Level

Bedroom 1: Two double beds with memory foam mattresses, closet for storage, and attached to full bathroom with stand-up shower.

Bedroom 2: One double bed and one twin bunk bed, closet for storage.

Living Room

Features full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Lower Level Full Bathroom: Stand-up shower.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.

Smart TV`s, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. Enjoy meals at the kitchen island or gather in the open-concept living area.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire property (other than home owner`s locked closet), garage and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located on 10th Ave, just a few minutes walk from Lambeau Field and the Resch Center!

Parking is available for 2 in the driveway. Parking is also available on the street. Uber and Lyft services available in the area.

The grill is located by the garage, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
