"This is Carlisle’s premier hotel and it is always a joy to stay here. Everything has been thoughtfully considered, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities.
What really sets the hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are consistently warm, professional, and helpful, making every stay feel welcoming and effortless.

"The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. "A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful.
