"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. "The room was clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was ok, one of the reasons we stayed there is because we saw they served turkey sausage but it was only available 2 days out of the 7 days we were there! Parking was good, but I thought parking was free for guest but when I got my receipt it showed I was charged $10 a day! I’m not sure if that will be credited back to me but other than that! My stay was amazing!!!"

"I was upgraded which I really appreciate it, but I was disappointed in the pool area. I expected it to be more of a result in style in upgraded and newer furniture. Also, my bathroom had stains on it, and I could not use it. I also recommend they get new ironing board pads as the ironing board is very hard. Alex expected the towels to be a better quality for the reviews I saw. These are all small things but I think they need to be addressed. Overall, I enjoyed the property."
