"The receptionists and other workers were very welcoming and professional and helpful and accomodating.I dont like the rule of the hotel about you cant bring outside food(cooked) like pizza and food in box etc., into your room.That is the worse rule you can have at a hotel without a proper explanation that makes sense.Was told guests complain about the smell.That cant be.Because if a restaurant is on property,how does that explanation make sense.If one is worried about rats and cockroaches...

"I apologize as I will try and keep this not long, but as the staff would laugh, after my husband and I staying for a week, already know that is a hard task for me. The staff were what make this hotel feel special. This home town feel where everyone knows your name like the tv show Cheers is just incredible.
