"This was an awkward hotel stay for us. We arrived around 8:30 pm to check in. Our room appeared to be exactly what we had reserved but after getting unpacked and settled we realized the shower was broken. They had no more rooms available and the staff was super quick to swap us over to another hotel. However, I found it odd that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of changing hotels. "The hotel is next to a very busy loud road. Parking is minimal. When we went to use our keycard to get in the back door, it was already open, not secure, when I asked the front desk about it, they just said, “yeah, it’s broken”. Staff was very nice. Elevator sounded awful, we took the stairs after that 1st ride. Very thin walls. I wouldn’t stay here again."
