"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."

"I booked the Holiday Inn Express - North Airport last min for a sports tournament for my daughter and I after doing a ton of research, and I'm so glad I did. Everything was excellent: super clean rooms, a large lobby with lots of tables and seats, FREE and plentiful parking, AC that worked very well despite the 112deg heat, friendly staff (esp Ebbie), good hot breakfast every morning that was constantly being restocked and tended to by the nicest staff, and a really nice gym with new equipment...

"Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room.
And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing"

"The pool deck was disgusting from bandaids gum and fake lashes on the ground around the pool. It was very noisy at night we heard someone throwing up and a couple fighting in the room next to us. For such a nice place they have to do better cleanings at the pool it was gross."
