"Soap in our shower was empty. Big bottles with and inducatur window, but empty. Same with our traveling companions room. Traffic was very loud. Staff was great."

There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight and shoot each other. I also noticed a hole on the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and told the employee that I did not feel safe staying there and would not be...

"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

"Definitely the cleanest budget friendly hotel I’ve seen in a long time. I travel every weekend so I was thoroughly impressed with this place, the staff, the rooms, water pressure was great and breakfast was amazing. Also there is coffee 24hrs a day in the lobby"
