"The night staff was very helpful, internet was down and she did what she could as far as checking us in but the following morning the staff started calling our room at 7:45 a.m to check us in for the following night. We had been up the night before due to a medical issue in our family, and felt the phone call could’ve waited until later? "This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months."
