  • Nuestra casa del lago es una casa de troncos construida a medida, ubicada a solo 5 minutos o 3 millas de la ciudad de Grand Lake, justo al lado de la autopista 34, en la orilla del Lago Shadow Mountain con vista al lago y la división. Está justo en el lago! La casa tiene magníficas vistas desde todas las habitaciones. Está decorado con buen gusto y todos los muebles son muebles de troncos personalizados y el Parque Nacional Rocky Mountain está a solo 5 minutos.

    La casa es una casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños con aproximadamente 2000 pies cuadrados. Tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente con 4 dormitorios más un altillo que contiene una cama doble. El primer dormitorio está en el piso principal y contiene una cama queen size. El piso de arriba tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king y un tercer dormitorio con una cama matrimonial. También hay un loft arriba con un sofá y una cama doble. En la planta baja hay una cama doble y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Hay una estufa de gas ubicada en la acogedora sala principal donde encontrará increíbles vistas desde cada ventana del lago Shadow Mountain y las montañas. Entre al porche cerrado de cuatro estaciones y relájese mientras disfruta de todos los hermosos paisajes de estar justo en el lago. En verano o invierno, salga a pescar desde la orilla del lago de la casa. En el verano disfrute estacionar su bote justo en frente de la casa en el muelle de 40 pies. Dock solo está disponible desde el fin de semana del Memorial Day hasta el primer fin de semana de octubre.

    Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de una estadía perfecta. La sala de estar principal y el loft de arriba tienen TV por cable Xfinity. El acceso seguro a Internet inalámbrico Xfinity está disponible en toda la casa. Todas las camas tienen sábanas para que no tengas que traerlas. Todos los muebles son de estilo de registro y cómodos. Cada habitación lleva su propio tema. La cocina está completamente equipada con platos, ollas, sartenes, copas de vino, cubiertos, vasos y todo lo que necesita para cocinar en casa. Además, solo puede haber 4 vehículos estacionados en la casa y no podemos tener campistas o vehículos recreativos estacionados en la casa. No hay suficiente espacio para remolques de motos de nieve en el invierno y solo un remolque para botes en el verano.
    Por favor, no se permiten mascotas en la casa, mi esposa es alérgica a los gatos y algunos perros.

This cottage on the lake was a perfect fit for 2 families of 4 to enjoy a week traveling back and fourth through Rocky Mountain National Park. This cabin was well stock with everything you needed. This home was very comfortable and a fun place to stay, loved all the outdoor seating.

We really enjoyed this wonderful cabin! Fabulous family time. Room for our everyone. Location is fantastic- right on the lake. Four nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the lake next to marina if you love the water, boating and fishing. Cozy property, plenty of parking, wish there were a few updates but over all good place to unwind and catch some fish.

This is a beautiful property that is well-maintained and very comfortable, and is on the shore of Shadow Mountain Reservoir, with a dock to park your boat, which we did. This allowed us quick and easy access to boating and fishing on both Shadow Mountain and Grand Lake and lots of fun. The views from the home were absolutely fantastic. Our plans are to return when we get the opportunity.

Loves this house!

We had a great time at this house. It is very unique, spacious, and in a great location right on the lake. Loved the views! Everything we needed to cook was available, which made it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had an Amazing time in the cabin. We all slept comfortably and had plenty of places to hang out. The marina is right next door and we were able to get a rental and spend the day on the lake!

The owners thought of everything when offering this lakehouse. You will want for nothing. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely stay here again.
