"Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager was timely and reached out. Fantastic location with The Chocolate Bar, Archives Bar, and Big Red Treats all within a short walking distance. "

"Super cute property! Was very clean, provided all the essentials and then some. Location was centrally located with easy access to Hwy 281. Host was attentive and quick to respond. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Our trip purpose was to spend time with the sandhill cranes and we were entirely successful! This location worked for our travels between Kearny and as we drove into Grand Island from the east. Very convenient to both Rowe and Crane Trust centers and blinds!Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. We cooked and enjoyed breakfasts and dinner at the island in the house.Note: somehow we oversighted the “#2” and initially went to the wrong entry.I will share a couple of easy repair/quality issues...

"The property was clean and smelled so good! David replied quickly to our questions. You can tell the house is older, but has been updated and so cute. Beds were comfortable. If we come back to town, we'll definitely stay there!"

"Great stay!! The house was perfect! My daughter said she wants to decorate her own place just like it. Hosts were great!! My family is hoping to go back for another stay!!"

"I loved every minute I spent at this cabin. It's quiet and quite private, a touch of the farm, but well lit and safe. Loved sitting on the patio, grilling, and watching the birds over the pond. Comfortable bed, great comfy chair by the window, fine little kitchen, and bathroom with many nice touches. "

"This is a charming old historic house with plenty of room for a group. The location is close to many businesses and easy to find. The only fault we could find was that the street outside is very busy and very loud until the wee hours of the morning. The street noise, however, is not the owner’s fault, and some of us just used noise cancelling earbuds at night- problem solved! "

"This was a really great location and a beautiful home for a larger group of people to stay and to host for a gathering for celebration after the graduation! Host was amazing she responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend and will even consider re-booking in the future!"

"We were in town for a family event and the accommodations in downtown Saint Paul were perfect! With a coffee shop and bakery next door and grocery store a block away, we had easy access for everything we needed. The unit is spacious and immaculately clean. Check in was easy with digital entry, no key to keep track of. Highly recommend this space and would definitely stay again."
