"Problems with key card not working. It was updated three times. Still had problems getting out of the parking lot at checkout. Breakfast not included. Only one hand towel. Housekeeping never came in to straighten up one day or provide replacement towels. Not a lot of lights (small ones on desk and at nightstand). Only one floor lamp near chair by window. Lights in bathroom, closet area and refreshment area. Front desk staff was very helpful as I had to extend my stay an extra day."

"Close to Rittenhouse Square and park. Bathroom and shower were incredible. It was a tiny tiny room any the only place to put your suitcase was on the floor. No portable luggage holder, no desk. Large bathroom but with wasted space that could have been used for something else. Did not eat in the hotel. No coffee maker in the room. Very sparse."

"The Morris House is a quaint and lovely place to stay in Old City Philadelphia. The Historic District is right there. It is convenient to the Italian Market, the Waterfront, and the Gayborhood. Rittenhouse Square is not too much of a walk. Museum Row is a bit of a hike, but doable if you want to walk it. All the rooms are a decent size. The bathrooms are large; ours had a shower and separate soaking tub. The amenities are adequate, but what you might expect from a structure built in the 18th...

"The hotel was falsely advertised. The pool was under maintenance and wasn't updated until arrival. The housekeepers were a pain in the a**; I couldn't get clean towels due to me not requesting it in advance (a day before its needed.) The remote to the TV wasn't working and the staff didn't care to come fix or replace it."

"It was a nice stay overall. The staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice. The bed could have been softer for a single room, but I could still sleep ok. The window on the 7th floor offered a nice view of the city."

"Except for the kitchen, the 2 bedroom unit left much to be desired. The AC rattled all night. There were dust bunnies / spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The couch was stained. The TV worked intermittently. There's no parking for the hotel itself; only street parking or garage parking 1 block or so away. The area seems sketchy, more so because the street lighting is poor, but also for the foot traffic almost all night long."
