The first night we stayed in one of the business class rooms on the top floor. It was especially quiet with separating doors between the hallway, bathroom, and sleeping areas. "Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen. Das Frühstücksbüffet , last keine Wünsche o ffen. Die Bar lädt zum langen Verweilen ein.Eim einziges Mango,gab es allerdings. Durch einen neuen eingestellten Angestellten, gab es ein 2 maliges Missverstanendnis. Dies wurde aber schnell durch das sofortige Eingreifen von Angie gelöst. Als Entschuldigung, gab es ein kostenloses Frühstück am nächsten Morgen. Nochmal ein grosses Dankeschön. Ich werde und bleibe trotzallem ein Wiederholungstäter..... und...

"Surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road. The room was a decent size; shower-over bath but it worked. Unfortunately we were without hot water for 2/4 days, a problem that only affected some of the rooms but we were told they were working on it. The staff were helpful and professional, staff in the restaurant were very efficient; cannot fault them. If you eat a full range of food you’ll be OK but the choice for vegans was super-limited. Only offered soya milk and egg featured...

"You cant ask gor a better hotel...Perfect locationin ild Munchen...right next door to HB HOUS...Staff super helpfull..room big and spacious.. breakfast buffett...every thing you need and more...mini fridge had 2 beers complimentary...on arrival..Why cant all hotels be this good...Thank you for my stay...Exxcellent..!"

"The location was great and room was comfortable. Not a luxurious stay if you’re used to that. Staff was nice and breakfast was great. They accommodated laundry service for us. My only complaint was that the hair dyer didn’t work and when I told them, they didn’t have one to replace it with. Had to air dry my hair. Overall, we would stay again."

When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious.
