"This place is an absolute gem! My family and I (five adults) stayed here for four nights during a road trip around Ireland. By far, this place was the best of the places we stayed. "My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "

"Beautiful location. We arrived at the cottage just before a major two day storm hit. The host Elodie, was so helpful in giving us a heads up, and helped us stay informed and prepared. It was the perfect location to ride out the storm. The ponies and animals were a huge source of entertainment, the cottage was cozy, and the vast mountain landscape was the perfect storm backdrop.
