"The property is well maintained and the staff were friendly. There is a fee for parking and there is a gated security attendant which is good. The room was nice and spacious but the bathtub was not well cleaned and the shower curtain was mildew ridden."

"Nice house in a good neighborhood that’s close to the parks. The house was bigger than what we needed. But to be 8 minutes away from universal studios with a pool was worth it. It’s definitely worth what you pay for. The owner responds fast even though I didn’t. We were very happy with the house."

"We loved our stay here! The house has everything you could ever need. The backyard is so fun. The location was amazing for Universal parks and good for Disney as well. It was clean but I feel like it could have been a little cleaner…empty water bottles around the couch and dusty and a lot of bugs coming in through the bathrooms (not sure if anything could ever be done about it). All in all we would definitely return for the backyard and location!"

"My experience at this hotel this time was unfortunately not the best. One of our rooms had an extremely strong and unpleasant odor. I requested assistance twice to have the issue resolved, but unfortunately, the staff was unable to fix it.
The only solution they offered was to move us to another room. However, we were a group of six people, three adults and three children, and it was already very late. Moving all our belongings at that hour would have been extremely inconvenient.
Additionally,...

"The lobby and the pool area were nice. The staff was really nice as well. The restaurant that was on the property was good and they were all nice as well.
When we got to our room it was clean but the sheets were stained and the room was very worn down and outdated.
The shower drain was clogged and overflowed the bathroom and was never fixed while we were there. We also had ants in our room in one of the bedrooms and right next to and on the bed and they didn’t get sprayed until the last day we...
