"This was an unplanned stop on our family road trip. We booked it for the pool and positive ratings. The pool photos are misleading. The pool roof appeared to be retractable, but it had holes in it, like big holes from a bad storm. There also was no hot tub and the temperature of the water was chilly. Other than that we had a positive experience. The breakfast options were typical, the rooms were quiet and clean. The check in staff were incredibly nice. They were busy with wildfire evacuees. ...

"The air conditioner worked and there was hot water. Other than that it was probably the worst maintained hotel I have stayed in. For example, the two office type chairs made with artificial leather upholstery had about 1/4 of the leather like finish peeled off showing the fabric backing. Fridge/Freezer had not been defrosted in years, about 3" thick Ice had built up around freezer leaving a usable space about 1 inch tall and 4 inches wide. Room smelled. Poll lamp was broken and leaned at...

"Everything was clean and for a night stay. Breakfast was very good."

"The hotel itself is falling apart. Visible mold everywhere. There was no staff to be found anywhere in the morning minus the sounds of someone retching behind the office door. The continental breakfast that was supposed to be available 6-8 wasn’t set up when we got there at 6:10 and we waited 15 min and not a single employee could be found much less breakfast. There was a huge spider in the bed when got in the room. Bathroom was filthy."

She brought the new room keys up to me, and I am so grateful to her."
