"I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived. The bar//lounge had no staff. We asked the only employee we ever saw when the restaurant would be open and she said it’s only open for breakfast.
